Why are we launching the campaign now?

Our campaign is designed to keep that festive feeling going all year long. 

We’re launching at the busiest time of the year, to drive a 28.5% uplift in site visits between December and January, on top these already impressive stats: 

  • Searches on Zoopla go up by 163% on average right after Christmas Day*
  • Demand is already up 28% on the five-year average**
  • Valuation leads go up in January by an average of 69% month-on-month***

Our eager mover target audience are usually second and third-steppers. That means they’ve got stock they’d need you to sell. 

At a broader level, homeowners never really stop looking. 32% of homeowners not planning to buy or sell have used a property app in the last 4 weeks.
