Since the launch of My Home  — our instant valuation tool designed to encourage would-be sellers to enter the UK housing market — we’ve made a series of enhancements. 

Our new ‘Similar Properties for Sale’ feature shows users similar properties to theirs that are currently for sale. This means consumers can easily compare features and asking-price details without having to create a new search.

And with valuation leads a key metric for agents, this improved user experience makes it easier for vendors to request an agent valuation directly through our homepage.

Initial results show our enhanced My Home experience has led to a 30% increase in valuation-lead conversions from Zoopla.*

3. Housebuilders — streamline reservations in ‘Yourkeys’

Our recent acquisition of Yourkeys is already enabling further innovation for housebuilders. 

Yourkeys manages the sale of your new-build properties, streamlining the customer journey from reservation through to exchange and completion. 

This user-friendly, digital experience reduces the time for buyers to complete a reservation from 2.5 hours to 25 minutes. The platform is also integrated with over 400 mortgage brokers, which enables real-time mortgage application tracking. 

This means improved experiences for consumers, faster sales, fewer fall-throughs and enhanced reporting on lead conversion.
