2020 has been a bumper year, bringing new buyer demand to the market. Here’s how our new marketing campaign will send new buyers your way.
Starting 21 December, we’ll be making the most of the seasonal uplift – which we expect to be the biggest ever – with a new ten-week national campaign targeting existing homeowners.
About the campaign
Launching across channels from TV to social media, we’ve got ambitious aims for it to send applicant and valuation leads to all our agent partners.
All the noise we make is expected to drive upwards of 19 million sessions on zoopla.co.uk. That means more buyers looking for a bigger, better home.
Who we’re targeting, and why we’re targeting them
Our market-leading data shows us that second and third-steppers – that is, wealthier homeowners – have got the biggest urge to buy right now. And here’s why:
- They’re more financially stable. Whatever happens in the wider economy, this group will be moving
- They’re on the hunt for something bigger and better, after spending 2020 working, living and playing in the same place
- They’re less dependent on the stamp duty holiday. That means demand will keep trickling in from them whether it’s extended or not
Your sneak peek of the advert
Central to our new campaign will be our Power Tools TV advert, voiced over by actress Diane Morgan.
Showing the pride that comes with getting your teeth stuck into a doer-upper, the advert will be shown across Channel 4, Sky and ITV, following where our target audience is.
Digitally, you’ll also see us across YouTube, video on demand, display and social media.
