On January 14 Zoopla released its second advert starring Debs and Jess. This time they can be seen to be using the newly revamped AgentFinder tool which helps prospective vendors and home hunters find the best Zoopla agent for them. The TV advert will be aired during prime programming across ITV, Channel 4 and Sky. Vendor focused radio and outdoor advertising will follow in February.

The new AgentFinder tool has an improved user journey, making it much easier for vendors to find the right Zoopla agent to sell their home. Agents can take advantage by tidying up their stock on Zoopla by removing any old listings, as well as updating the status of those under offer, sold, or let. Agents can also update their branch profile on ZooplaPro to give their brand a great first impression with vendors. The intention of the revamped AgentFinder is to put a greater focus on agents’ brands.

Zoopla’s above-the-line (ATL) advertising campaign is expected to be viewed by approximately 90% of ABC1 adults (equivalent to 26.3 million people) 12 times on average, driving increased traffic to Zoopla and AgentFinder to the benefit of Zoopla’s agents. The latest ad focuses on sellers, and coupled with the revamped AgentFinder tool, is to form part of Zoopla’s commitment to drive more quality leads to agents.
