Driving more vendors through your doors


To support Zoopla agents, we’re running a targeted campaign in a select number of outcodes designed to drive more home owners through your doors. We’ve also produced supporting materials for you to use to take advantage of this activity. Here’s a step-by-step guide to what’s happening.



1. Direct mail to households

In mid November a flyer is being sent to households in selected trial areas, prompting vendors to visit their local Zoopla agent to claim their free Property Valuation Report before 31 January 2019.


Participating Zoopla agents can download the new Property Valuation Report from ZooplaPro for free.



2. Property Valuation Report

Normally £19.95* each, you can offer vendors this in-depth report for free until 31 January 2019. The valuations are powered by Hometrack, the UK’s largest automated valuer of residential property, and whose data is relied upon by 8/10 of the UK’s top mortgage lenders. Find out more about Property Valuation Reports

3. Vendor booklets

Use these booklets with customers in your instruction packs. They provide information about why Zoopla agents like you can help them sell or rent their property smarter.



4. Window cards

Display these new look window cards to identify to customers that you’re on Zoopla and are participating in the free Property Valuation Report offer.



5. In your area flyer

Use these localised flyers to show the marketing reach you can deliver in your area with Zoopla.
